Waikanae Playcentre Raffle – Terms & Conditions
Organiser
This raffle is run by Waikanae Playcentre (the “Organiser”).
Raffle Dates
Ticket sales close at 11:30am on 17 September 2026, and the draw will take place later that day. The winner will be notified via email.
Acceptance
Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance applies to the person named on the ticket or the person on whose behalf the ticket is purchased.
How to Enter
To enter, you must purchase one or more raffle tickets via the official raffle page and provide your name and email address at the time of purchase.
Tickets
Each ticket purchased equals one entry. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Prizes
The prizes are as described on the raffle page:
- 1st Prize: Shelley and Patch dinosaur costume
- 2nd Prize: One-year subscription to Roam for Kids and a galaxy projector
- 3rd Prize: Shelley and Patch patchwork dolls house, crown and wand
Each prize is valued at approximately $80. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random via an electronic draw. The Organiser’s decision is final. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw.
Privacy
Personal information (name and email) will be used solely for administering the raffle. Information will only be used to contact winners or as required by law. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or use of any prize.
Amendments & Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary. The Organiser may cancel the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, fraud, or events beyond its control). If the raffle is cancelled, entrants will be notified and refunds provided where appropriate.
