Milson Playcentre Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Organiser

This raffle is run by Milson Playcentre (the “Organiser”).

Raffle Dates

Ticket sales close at 12:15pm on 12 October 2026, and the draw will take place on 13 October 2026. Winners will be notified via email.

Acceptance

Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance applies to the person named on the ticket or the person on whose behalf the ticket is purchased.

How to Enter

To enter, you must purchase one or more raffle tickets via the official raffle page and provide your name and email address at the time of purchase.

Tickets

Each ticket purchased equals one entry. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Prizes

There are three prize packs available to win:

• Wellness & Beauty Pack
• Home & Garden Pack
• Family & Kids Fun Pack

The first-place winner will have first choice of one of the three prize packs.

The second-place winner will then choose one of the two remaining prize packs.

The third-place winner will receive the remaining prize pack.

The prizes included in each pack are as described on the raffle page. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

Three winners will be selected at random via an electronic draw.

The Organiser’s decision is final. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry and will be given instructions on how to claim their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw.

Prize selection will take place in order of the draw: first place chooses first, followed by second place, with third place receiving the remaining prize pack.

Privacy

Personal information, including name and email address, will be used solely for administering the raffle. Information will be used to contact winners and for any purposes required by law.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or use of any prize.

Amendments & Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary.

The Organiser may cancel the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, fraud, or events beyond its control. If the raffle is cancelled, entrants will be notified and refunds provided where appropriate.
