Greenhithe Playcentre Raffle – Terms & Conditions 

Organiser 
This raffle is conducted by Greenhithe Playcentre (the “Organiser”), as part of Playcentre Aotearoa New Zealand. 

 

Raffle Period 
Ticket sales open upon publication of the raffle. 
Ticket sales close at 12:00pm (NZDT) on 29 March 2026, or earlier if all tickets are sold. 

 

Draw Details 
The raffle will be drawn at 1:00pm (NZDT) on 29 March 2026. 
The draw will be conducted by the Organiser using a random electronic selection process. 

 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. 

Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 

 

How to Enter 
To enter the raffle, participants must: 

Purchase one or more raffle tickets via the official raffle page; and 

Provide a valid name and email address at the time of purchase. 

Each ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the draw. 

 

Tickets 

Tickets are non-refundable except where required under New Zealand law. 

There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. 

 

Prizes 

Prizes are as described on the official raffle page. 

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

 

Winner Selection & Notification 

The winner will be selected at random. 

The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. 

If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

 

Use of Funds 
All proceeds from the raffle will go towards supporting Greenhithe Playcentre and its activities. 

 

Privacy 

Personal information collected (name and email address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this raffle. 

Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. 

By entering, participants agree to be contacted in relation to this raffle. 

 

Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the raffle or the acceptance or use of any prize. 

 

Compliance with New Zealand Law 
This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003 (New Zealand) as a Class 1 or Class 2 gambling activity (as applicable), and all proceeds are applied to authorised charitable purposes. 

 

Amendments and Cancellation 

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. 

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or suspend the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances (including technical issues or events beyond its control). 

In the event of cancellation, entrants will be notified and refunds provided where appropriate. 

 

Acceptance of Terms 
Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
